Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of broccoli, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into 1-inch pieces

  • 1/4 cup of chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup of chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot of salted water, cook the broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage for 5 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
  2. Drain the vegetables and add them to a large skillet with the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, oregano, and thyme.
  3. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, or until heated through.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately.

Tips:

  • For a more flavorful dish, add 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley or cilantro to the skillet with the vegetables.
