如何制作蔬菜大拼盘?
Ingredients:
- 1 large head of broccoli, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large head of cabbage, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup of chopped red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large pot of salted water, cook the broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage for 5 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
- Drain the vegetables and add them to a large skillet with the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, oregano, and thyme.
- Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, or until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
